The Mediterráneo House is part of El Colmenar, a rural complex located in the heart of Chóvar, between rural Spain and the proximity of the Mediterranean coast.
Its identity comes from three elements that define this way of life: the Mediterranean Sea, with its calm and openness; the sun, with its warm, vital light; and the Mediterranean character, linked to simplicity, closeness, shared living, and the serene enjoyment of spaces.

Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, this room conveys freshness, clarity, and a sense of spaciousness.
The Mediterranean Sea is not defined by the wild force of other oceans, but by its balance, its light, and its ability to invite rest. That same feeling is reflected here in a space designed to relax, breathe, and let time pass more gently.

Sun Room
Inspired by the Mediterranean sun, this room connects with the brightest, warmest, and most welcoming side of the landscape.

SPACE 3: Flores Rural Loft
The Flores Rural Loft is part of El Colmenar, a rural complex located in the heart of Chóvar, in the Sierra de Espadán.
Its identity is born from two elements closely linked to the surroundings: almond trees, present in local agriculture, and cork oaks, an emblematic tree of the natural park.
From here, the stay is experienced between village and landscape, with a terrace that opens views towards the bell tower and the church.
Cork Oaks Room
Inspired by the most representative tree of the Sierra de Espadán, it connects guests with a more forest-based experience, the mountains, and the deep natural character of the landscape.
