These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and contracting of accommodation and services offered by El Colmenar, whether for the entire complex, a combination of two houses, or a single house, subject to availability.
El Colmenar offers the following booking options:
The availability of each option depends on the dates requested, occupancy levels, and the internal booking schedule.
The prices displayed on the website are indicative only or shown as “from”, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final price may vary depending on the accommodation option, season, specific dates, number of guests, length of stay, or any particular conditions applicable to the booking.
The applicable price for each reservation will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
A request for information or availability does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once the owner has expressly confirmed it to the customer and, where applicable, the financial terms have been agreed.
Payment terms will be communicated to the customer during the booking confirmation process, depending on the type of stay, the dates, and the specific characteristics of the booking request.
Cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing to info@elcolmenar.es.
El Colmenar applies a non-refundable cancellation policy within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Any request to change the booking dates will be subject to availability and to the conditions agreed in each individual case.
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated during the booking confirmation process unless they are expressly stated on the website or in prior communications.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy agreed in the booking.
Guests undertake to use the accommodation responsibly and to respect both the property and its surroundings.
Celebrations, gatherings, workshops, or other activities must be notified in advance and may be subject to prior approval, specific conditions, or restrictions relating to capacity, noise levels, or the use of shared spaces.
Pets are welcome, provided this is communicated in advance and approved by the establishment.
A supplement of €35 applies per stay with a pet. This fee may be amended over time where considered appropriate.
In certain cases, the owner may require a security deposit to cover possible damage, breakages, or breaches of these terms. Where applicable, the customer will be informed before the booking is confirmed.
The owner reserves the right to claim the cost of any damage caused to the accommodation, including repair, replacement, or any additional cleaning required.
The customer will be responsible for any damage resulting from negligent or improper use of the accommodation by themselves or by any person included in their booking.
