Located within the Natural Landscapes of the Sierra de Irta and Espadán, with permanent hives here and migratory hives across the rest of the Peninsula, following the predominant flowering of each area according to the season, we practice international Sustainable Agriculture techniques and protocols, ensuring full control and traceability of our honey through a 100% organic extraction process, from origin to final production.
WHAT SETS US APART?
- Our hives are located in wild flowering areas, completely untouched and free from herbicides, pesticides, and other sources of pollution.
- We promote “Quality Beekeeping”, with a unique production cost since our process is entirely artisanal. Every step is carefully nurtured to obtain a strictly organic product.
- Our annual harvest is limited, as a result of this handcrafted method.
- We offer raw honey, extracted and packaged cold, without heat treatments that could compromise its natural integrity.
THE RESULT
Our honeys are naturally opaque, with unique colors and flavors, each carrying its own specific healing properties.
They contain most of the essential minerals the body needs, acting as both a natural remedy and a powerful antioxidant.
This is organic honey — unlike 90% of the honey on the market, which is mass-produced at lower prices through the “stall-feeding” of bees, often sustained with glucose (sugar) and water.
Our honey has no additives that alter its naturally creamy state, unlike industrially exploited honeys that are adulterated and blended through induced granulation (mixed with older honeys).
