OUR PROJECT
El Colmenar is an ambitious social project that aims to activate the towns of Spain, connecting people interested in living in the rural world through work, activating the local economy and, as a consequence, the repopulation of the town thanks to the workers who participate in each rural housing project.

How do we do it?
We draw up a contract for the workers on each housing project in which we give them work on the condition that they settle in the town, either in our constructed home or in another home, but always on the condition that they register in the town.
